Since 2004, we have been dealing with the production of extrusion tools. We initially started with the manufacture of tools for pipe and gutter systems, followed by tools for chamber profiles and slotted heads. Among others, our tools are used for the production of: window and roller profiles, slats, trays, industrial and furniture profiles, gaskets and plastic films.
We have been designing and manufacturing injection molds since 2002. Our specialty are PVC molds. Our molds are used to produce fittings for gutter and pipe systems: U-bends, couplings, tees, reductions, clamps, handles, bottoms and others.
Machines are equipped with PLC controls and programmable HMI panels. Automation of processes includes the design and manufacture of manipulators, robot applications, data acquisition systems with automatic scanners. Our units work in the plastics and automotive industries.
Since 1996, SOLGAM has been training PE pipe welders, and since 2012 also MIG and TIG welders (1st and 2nd degree). Our training is based on programs authorized by Polish scientific and research institutions, including Oil and Gas Institute in Krakow, Welding Institute in Gliwice; we are authorized by UDT.
“SOLGAM” Sp. z o.o. was established in Jasło in 1990.
The company’s core specialization is the production of extrusion tools, injection molds as well as machinery and production automation systems. We employ 15 mechanical, automation, and IT specialists and 50 technicians. Our designing efforts are supported by SOLID EDGE, NX CAM, SEE ELECTRICAL, VIN CC, TIA PORTAL, ROBOT STUDIO, AUTOMATION STUDIO, FLUID DRAW FESTO software.
